Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

If a student wishes to cancel the course registration and request a refund, they must submit the request by email to wsre@watsonrealtycorp.com no later than one week before the start of the course. There is a $35 processing fee for all cancellations. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation. If textbooks have been shipped to or picked up, the books must be returned in new condition within 10 days. If books are not returned, or are damaged, $45 will be deducted from the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Self-paced course refund requests must be received within 30 days of course purchase, with 2% or less completion of course. Student must contact the school at (844) 448-7495 for refund authorization of physical products (textbooks, electronic material, audio MP3), provided that material has not been accessed and/or is returned in brand-new condition. If a refund is authorized, the box the materials are returned in must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the order. Please return the materials, along with the packing slip and/or a copy of the original invoice to:

Authorized physical product refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30-45 business days after the return is received and processed. All associated shipping charges from original order are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Watson School of Real Estate reserves the right to cancel classes. If your payment method was a combination of a credit card, check, and cash, your refund will be issued to you in the form of a check within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date for the total amount paid for the course. However, students that wish to transfer their registration will have a class credit with the Watson School of Real Estate for one year from the original course date. For any courses that includes course materials (i.e. textbook), all materials must be returned in brand- new and salable condition (no writing, highlighting, or any other damage). Materials that are not returned in brand new condition will have the cost of the materials deducted from any refund.
